I would highly recommend you use anybody else. My soon to be ex wife uses them and their practices are unethical. First off they manipulated her into being non amicable ( which we both wanted) by having her do things in which highly exaggerated in which of course cost her more money which only benefits them, lost to me in court ( I represented myself) , made zero effort to communicate with me in negotiations (8 weeks now) causing more bitterness with their client , once again only benefiting them. Do yourself a favor and choose differently. Thank goodness I saved my money and only wasting time

Read the reviews, the one stars tell the truth. I was appointed Libby McNary by the courts for my dependency case. From the beginning, she was rude, to say the least. I tried on three occasions, over a span of two months, to talk to Ms McNary about the facts of my case. I was incessantly interrupted, talked over, and talked down to. I was repeatedly discouraged about exercising my right to a trial. In 2 months time, with Ms McNary as my attorney, I was not able to discuss or consult on any of the facts of my case. She found gross offense in the fact that I told her I felt she was slacking, for the fact that we were 4 days away from a trial, and she hadn't spoke to me on the facts of the case. We had not discussed any strategy. We had not spoke on potential witnesses. She was not doing her job. And she got downright nasty, when I called her on it. This woman is not a professional, by any means. I have read multiple reviews about her threatening to (quit) file paperwork to have her removed as the lawyer on the case. I can attest that this is the same thing that she did to me, when I tried to get her to look at the facts of the case, and be my advocate in these troubling times. I would strongly discourage any person from having Ms McNary as their council. Judging from other reviews, you can't get her to do her job, even if she's paid!!

My dealings with Libby McNary were basically informational purpose's, but the assistance at least for me was very important and necessary. I was extremely pleased and comfortable with her assistance and would strongly recommend her to anyone for marital/domestic problems. For me it was money well spent and ultimately I believe saved me many dollars. Wilbur Cannon
