Raised rates between house and 2 cars over $500 dollars a year without any claims, accidents,or incidents. I would normally not rate an agent over this because the company claims this increase comes from their costs from other payouts. The least that could have been done was a personal call letting me know i was being increased dramatically and they are sorry but there was nothing he could do. Instead I told him I have to leave because the raise was somhi and I feel I basically got the " don't let the door hit you in the way out" kind of response. This was just my experience and opinions.
