I am very pleased in visiting 21st Century Dental. Michelle, the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Felix the dental assistant helped me in the procedure room and he is very respectful and knowledgeable. Dr. Limongelli then saw me and evaluated my tooth. He is very professional and very kind. I am so happy that I visited this clinic.
making an appointment was easy and simple , that i was given same day appointment which work great for me. The front office, Hygienist and doctor very courteous and polite and that you can see they care about their patients. Everything was explained thoroughly by Felix, and Dr. Limongelli, MD They performed an excellent job on my teeth without any discomfort. I will definitely recommend this dentist to My friends and family members. Thank you for taking care of me !
Dr. William Limongelli is fantastic! He's incredibly skilled, patient, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend him for anyone in need of excellent dental care!
Family has come here for years but this is my first as patient. Doctor was straight forward, no BS and answered all my questions and did necessary work same day. All of the staff is friendly and the office feels calm and collected. Not overwhelming. Highly recommend!
Pros: Staff was extremely courteous and friendly both over the phone and in person. I went in for a routine cleaning/check up and the doctor noticed that i also had some cavities that needed to be taken care of, so he did them for me the same day so I wouldn’t need to make a return visit. He also made sure to answer any questions I had, thr assistant, Felix, made sure to inform me of the after care process and gave me a toothbrush to bring home. Overall, the personal interactions were a solid 10 out of 10. Cons: The equipment at the office appeared to be outdated and it took three attempts to get a proper X Ray of my teeth. Of all the cleanings I’ve had, this was the most uncomfortable experience of all. They used a machine that didn’t feel good, considering I had cleanings done in the past with both machine and metal dental tools that felt much better. While I left with a clean mouth, I can’t help but worry if my enamel was affected. The cavity fillings also tasted nasty but that’s to be expected.
