They don't pay invoices or return phone calls or answer emails. We have been trying to collect for our appraisal services for 6 months. Bad business ethics. We will be reported them BREA

They are an awful appraisal management company. They sent an appraiser from an area far removed from the property who under appraised the purchase property by a very significant amount. The client was very upset. They had been actively looking at properties in the area for over a year and know the values much bette r than the so called appraiser that was sent by Lincoln Appraisals. Very unhappy!

They have not made payments to appraisers on outstanding invoices in over 7+ months and refuse to answer any messages. Sent email months ago stating they lost their client base and dont have any money. Avoid.

Awful. Inaccurate appraisal for the benefit of divorce attorneys. BEWARE!!!!!!

Good experience overall. Would recommend!
