My divorce, is regarded as one of the worst divorces in the history of the county; Craig Lindsay was my attorney for the years it transpired. I have read some of the comments here and I think it important to post the feelings of someone who was truly involved for years in this process. Craig & Angie Lindsay were not just professional, but they became family. Through this process with the highs and lows of divorce you will find little even ground, but Craig and Angie will treat you like people and not paychecks, they will listen and work to help your situation. I have sent countless people to them, not just for divorce, but those that are contemplating. I am saddened to read some of these posts, but the light from the dark is that it got me to post here. The Lindsay's are not just great attorneys, but exceptional people, I miss them daily and only wish I had met them as friends prior to my divorce. I recommend both of them at the highest of levels, go in be honest and you will not be disappointed.

Update: Mrs. Angela Lindsay met with me in person to give me the check that was owed to me today. She then sent me an email copy of the receipt I signed and asked me to take down my review. That she would respond. Everything I wrote in this review is true and I think you have to right to know who you are hiring when you’re looking for someone to help you through some of the toughest experiences you can have. Hiring a lawyer for my divorce was supposed to make the process less stressful for me but instead, I ended up having to stress about the lawyer. Hire with caution. This could not have been a worse experience. Angela Lindsay admittedly lost a check she was given to send to me. She received it in September, never informed me that it had arrived, never sent it out. I had to call and ask where it was, which is when she told me it was lost and she would replace it. It has been over a week and a half since she sent the check and it has still not arrived. She is based in the same town, the same county. There is no excuse for this! My bill was paid IN FULL on time for a simple divorce and she can’t even send me the check for the money I was granted as part of the divorce. I have had to call almost every day to find out any information. Horrible experience.

Lindsay and Lindsay were professional, highly competent, responsive and prepared in dealing with my years long custody matter. Both Craig, Angela and their entire staff were fantastic to work with and I’d recommend them for your family law matter.

I was terrified of getting a lawyer and I had no idea how to pick one. Lindsay&lindsay was recommended to me by an advocate who told me “This is a man who will fight for you” that’s what I needed and exactly what I got! I needed someone on our side to fight for the truth when it seemed like so many were against us, and because of him my boys are safely at home with me every night! He’s quick and smart- I was blown away by how helpful he was during the entire case. He was always on top of things even when I wasn’t- he was never mean or demeaning- just very serious and to the point and that’s what you need, I promise it is. He helped me pull myself up enough to get the stuff done that was long overdue. In the end, it was worth every penny and more. To feel like you are actually being heard, and that your pain and your children’s pain does matter- he helped us get that. So, I’ll always be thankful for that.

This attorney represented (briefly, and poorly) a dear friend of mine. Craig did not stick up for him at his temporary orders hearing in a divorce case, despite a glaring conflict of interest in which the Judge disclosed that he attends weight watchers meetings with the wife in the divorce case---the same weight watchers meetings where the wife met her lawyer who was there representing her at that hearing. For whatever reason, Craig allowed the hearing to continue. Unsurprisingly, the orders were extremely skewed in favor of the weight watchers attendees. After this hearing, Craig himself became very difficult to communicate with and eventually just dropped the client altogether with no explanation and sent a hefty bill, leaving him to have to pay another huge retainer for a new lawyer.
