These people that you have to talk to over the phone are so rude and uninformed. They try to do everything possible to get you to court instead of trying to solve the problems and help people. Everybody whose behind on their taxes are not just holding money. Alot of people have difficulties and these people are no help. They are very insensitive and only want to do harm. I talked with a lady named Cindy several times and she is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She should be fired so she can see how it feels not to be able to pay her bills when they are due. I hope the person she has to deal with is just a rude to her as she is to the Dallas County citizens that she is no help to. I hope I never have to deal with these crooks ever in life again. I wish I could post this with no stars because they don't deserve any.

Scam they send scam letters out to people. Beware everyone. Dont give out any of your personal info. They need to be shut down. Mass scale scam goin on. The govt needs to take action.

Website is loaded with actor/model photos and a listing of offices in just about every town imaginable. They actually are the debt collection legal service for several counties in Tx but they also seem to have difficulty connecting all the dots when it comes to attention to details.

Absolute scam. Full of scare tactics to try to collect debt that is not even associated with you or your address.

These scamming pieces of trash, continuously send me warnings, I've already contacted the city I apparently have a warrant from. No warrant. Already paid YEARS AGO! Yet they continue their scare tactics. There's a special place in hell for companies like this. Just wait when I get to actually talk to someone, whatever nonexistent god they believe in better protect them that day.
