I spoke with the rudest individual concerning my toll violation's. I had set up a payment with fort bend and then informed them of it. They refused to give me confirmation that I spoke with them. I also notified them that they did not provide an account number at all in order to pay the law firm, which they refused to believe me. Even after I asked if I could email or show them that it was not provided. They also refuse to send confirmation that I spoke with them and resolved the matter . The representative was very dismissive and did not care for concerns or to try and help at all. I have no problem paying my tolls that I missed however, the level or rudeness and disrespect directed towards me was completely unnecessary.
SCAM ALERT !!!! My husband received their call regarding late tolls , they couldn’t not provide any real information on him. Days later I received a letter , and the agent on the phone could not give me any information after gave them my “reference number” . No info on car plate or areas on toll unpaid . By the way , when you own tolls they suspend your license , they don’t put your name on collections .
The company is very corrupt and I’d advise anyone not to work there. A girl name Tatyana Clemons accused me of sexual harassment which was not true but the women in Human Resources and the female attorneys believed her over me without an investigation. My managers did not have my back and it was getting worse there. By the way, you had to email your manager to ask permission to use the bathroom which is one of the most ridiculous things to ever assemble? They should be ashamed of themselves to bring up that rule. It’s a violation of every right to email someone that you have to use the bathroom. They treat you like you’re a slave.
This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with! I received a letter regarding some taxes my deceased father owe on some property in East Texas. I called for 3 weeks to speak to someone and pay the taxes. Yesterday I just kept calling until the young lady called me back and she was rude. I am literally trying to settle the taxes you say I owe the county.
Crooked as they can be, I had a dismissed traffic ticket which include a fine as well which I paid at courthouse, but 6 months later they sent a letter threatening with arrest if I didn't pay the fine, when I called them to tell them that I checked with the court about the warrant for my arrest and found out that there was nothing issued and I didn't owe anything they try try to justify with lame excuses then they got upset and said they would follow up on the matter with the court. Completely unethical legal practices
