I was sent to them after hiring Jim Adler...........So far no disappointments. They are a bit slow , but I'm learning these cases move slow. I would have given 5 STARS IF they would have gotten statements from my witnesses by now before they forget things. They've had my case for a year and a half now . Finally have a trial /Court date in Feb NEXT year!!! not their fault . They've been in contact though as I have had the patience to wait for them to call. May seem like forever but they will not abandon you has been my experience. The staff is friendly enough, Not bad......... I'll update once my case is over.

Worst experience ever. Please save yourself the trouble. We do not recommend! We were told one thing & they ended up doing another just so that they can close the case & get their money. Horrible customer service, I had tried to reach them several times & they would ghost me. Keep in mind, I was in pain from an accident I had & I needed the help asap. I expressed my concerns with them & all they said was “I’m sorry”

Link & Associates was very helpful and transparent throughout my case. They made sure I was informed about the case and the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
