For what it's worth, they seem to be nice people, but they 100% let me down. On the initial consult I explain my case to them and they seem completely confident and willing to take it, then as soon as they do there's a "statute" and they want to do their research. For about a month and a half I get ZERO communication from them except for the fact they're spending my money on "research" and "strategic meetings", I even have to call them myself since I am still getting bills from them but not getting any other sort of communication. After near two months of hearing nothing from them but still paying them money, they send me a letter in the mail stating that there isn't anything they can do. The absolute gall to spend THREE THOUSAND dollars of my money and not even have the decency to call me with any updates or tell me over the phone that there isn't anything you can do is astounding. I do not understand how you are so confident and willing to take the case initially, but after I hand you $5000 you all of the sudden think of a problem that you totally could have thought of beforehand (as experts in real estate law). And okay, maybe it was something you needed to look at before you thought about it, but not even bothering to call me to tell me any of this after taking my money for nothing is inexcusable. I cannot recommend them, and if you are reading this I beg you to take your money and your business elsewhere - I would have been better off not reaching out to them at all. Please do not even bother commenting on this review as an owner - if anyone at that firm would have had the thought to call me about this I could have voiced my concerns or frustrations then instead of writing this all out here. Nothing you could possibly try to explain at this point would replace three thousand dollars. I reached out to you because we were screwed on a home purchase and wasted what little money we had paying your firm to take our case for seemingly zero reason - and we have even less money to afford the repairs we filed the suit for. Shame. A word of advice - it comes off as incredibly cold to have nobody bother to grant you the decency of a phone call when you have spent their money - a letter in an envelope is far too impersonal. Have fun spending the Christmas money that we no longer get to have.
