I have closed my first home with Liu and Associates 20 years ago. My family was very happy with her professional services. Some repair works has not completed by seller at the time of closing. The seller has back to back closing at same day and buyer wants complete work before closing. So Nancy reviewed the contract carefully, discuss with both sides and come up with a solution that set up the post escrow account. So the closing went smoothly. After closing, she follow up with both sides until all the requirement was fulfilled. It has taken a lot of her extra work and time.
