This attorney kaleb Paulsen cannot uphold, honor or respect the constitutions 6th amendment he provides defective council and waives speedy trial rights due to HIS lack of diligence and preparation with deliberate indifference to the clients rights. He does not file pretrial motions he does not meet with clients regularly and makes little to no court appearances. He had my case for several months then recusing himself further depriving client of the 6th amendment right to the assistance of lawyer and speedy trial resulting in a lawsuit against the city of Sioux Falls for failure to train supervise and discipline its several officers of the court and for the deprivation of rights namely the 6th amendment right to the effective assistance of lawyer speedy trial due process and the equal protections of the law this attorney and law office is a poor excuse of a lawyer see United States district court case #4:22-cv-04147

Rhonda Lockwood is OUTSTANDING!!! She keeps it real. Not always what I wanted to hear, but it was the truth, and it was ALWAYS in my best interests. Calm demeanor, very kind, extremely professional. Unfortunately my case was a long and trying one, but I felt that Rhonda gave honest and straightforward advice, even when it was not always what I wanted to hear. The office staff was always caring and considerate. No one ever wants to need an attorney, but if you do I definitely would recommend hiring Rhonda and team to represent you.

Not an option for zero stars, so 1 star is the only alternative. This firm’s mistakes, non-responsiveness, and complete lack of empathy is unbelievable. They should lose their license to practice law in the state of South Dakota. Purely awful. I ended up having to write a personal letter to a judge just to resolve my divorce because after they tried to drag it out as long as possible and put myself and my children through more emotional turmoil, Caleb refused to resign as my attorney.
