Mr. J.Loevy is thee best attorney I've ever seen or even heard of. I've watched this man in court & he is a BEAST. His intelligence is beyond comprehension and his knowledge of the law {ANY type} is literally scary. He may look like a gentle soul {He's a wonderful person} but he is a GAINT among men in the court room. I would recommend this man, especially if you have been wronged by the judicial system. He's a force to be reckoned with.
First and foremost to those included in the curfew class action like myself... ALL SETTLEMENTS TAKE YEARS TO FINISH AND PAY OUT... ITS NOT JUST THIS FIRM BEING SLOW ... before you go complaining and showing your ignorance.. GOOGLE OTHER SETTLEMENTS AND LEARN HOW IT WORKS BEFORE BAD MOUTHING A PRACTICE THATS TAKES YEARS OF HARD WORK AND SCHOOL TO EVEN GET THEIR FOOT IN THE DOOR SMFH... And It's clear to see that alot of you did NOT read the website that they created specifically for our class action lawsuit. Got one guy up there crying about being locked up for the curfew for 12 days... First of all bud... If you were in there for more than. 5 days before being released like the rest of us 300 from those days... then that means you had a separate charge than just the curfew which would be YOUR FAULT.. secondly.. I was lit up with the rubber bullets and pepper balls a little more than most. None of us 300 from those couple days got really messed up besides those couple that had separate cases from ours. It is NOT this lawfirms responsibility to find out what happened to you unless you personally found them and hired them yourself. You literally found out about it scrolling the internet or by a friend and ignorantly started screaming like a child out of pure GREED because you saw you werent getting millions... Here's a wild fact for ya... Every class action suit awards the lawfirms the same amount as the 33% that Loevy and Loevy got... It's 1/3. It's not a percentage that they set themselves. Just those couple ignorant outbursts alone make you seem like such a greedy jackass that I wouldn't blame them if they just completely ignore you. If you were in for more than 3 days, like I was, then you are in the highest tier for amount you can receive. So making up that story was completely pointless... These people literally did this on their own and got you hooked up with a free $17,000 like I just got the other day. They have trouble communicating because it's only a COUPLE of employees dealing with THREE HUNDRED VICTIMS... WHILE constantly being in court dealing with the same tedious case for the last 3 years.. and you you had to do is BE PATIENT AND GET PAID THOUSANDS FOR DOING NOTHING.. -end rant..????
these guys and there charging 33% of 4.7million dollars in payout, for a curfew violation out denver in 2020 so I don't no! That's a lot of money! 14 million awarded on the 1st one smh...they have yet to call me back regarding this urgent matter and i was in jail for 15days during this incident, before charges were dismissed. Iv been dealing with some life long injurys, my name being publicly tarnished. so i don't blame them for both invites.
