I used Mallory for my first speeding ticket in '90 when I was in High School and that's who I sent my 17 year old son to recently for his first ticket. The requirements were understandable except for the 30 hours of community service in fewer than 30 days, considering he's a full time student and works 25 hours a week. Getting set up at any of the places he reached out to for service has been difficult since he's under 18. I called the office today and mentioned my concerns to the person who answered the phone (I wish I remembered her name) and she was awesome. She was very understanding and said she could extend the time for him. I was honestly surprised at just how friendly, fast, and helpful she was. Kudos to her.

BEWARE. NOTHING DONE I COULD DO WHAT THEY DID MYSELF. All was done was postponed my traffic tickets. I could have appeared myself and asked the judge for that. Keep your MONEY. SAVE TIME and go represent YOURSELF.

It was more expensive to use their service than to just pay the ticket. They informed me that I would only have to pay $50 in the beginning and that would be all. After they went to court for me they called me to say I owed an extra $200 and that's not including the transaction fees. Using this service was longer, more complicated, and more expensive than just paying the original traffic ticket. I wish I had just paid the ticket

Robert Greene was very communicative and detailed. He didn’t force me to do anything I didn’t want to yet explained what could be the possible outcome of every turn. While he has many clients , he still remembered me specifically when we were in court. I appreciate that!
