These people are a joke every time I call they're not taking phone applications, every time I try to do a online application they tell me I have to schedule a phone application. I swear the whole city of Houston needs to do better with these people that they have in these offices. A shame you can't even get help when you need it.

I think they seem to turn down your case if you're black or have an ethnic sounding name. This is the second time I've been turned down by them in two different counties saying that even though I qualified for their services, they don't have the staff to help with my situation. So I wonder how do they have the staff to help with the cases they do accept and what is the process of how they pick who they can actually help?

He made sure the case was dismissed verbally and in front of the judge and went out his way to show up for a hearing in person that should have been a zoom.
