While David Long ultimately got our AOS submitted and we were approved, he is very rude and unhelpful throughout the waiting process. His customer service ability is non existent and he has no tact whatsoever. Surely there are more friendly attorneys that can do the same thing just a well and you will have a more pleasant experience. For the premium price he charges I would never in a million years recommend him another client after feeling the way he made us feel. He’s not a nice person and treats you as bad as our immigration officers do. I quite frankly feel bad for the other attorney that he is practicing with. Find someone else, he doesn’t deserve the business.

What about an attorney who hangs up the phone on a potential client. YES, I called to inquire about an EB1 visa and David was very rudely saying that he does not work this type of Visa and hung up immediately. Imagine how he treats the client after a signed contract...

I was driving to Washington DC coming from North Carolina I had a really hard time finding a good attorney but then someone referred me to Mr. long he is awesome he was there throughout the whole process he called me every step of the way and took care of my case like I was at home and give me a call soon as he was done he did exactly what he said he would do I am very pleased with my experience I would definitely recommend
