We sold our condo and two days later we get a call saying that they made a mistake and we owed $10,000 back from the proceeds of our sale. We were not provided the full payoff statement and what is showed on our payoff statement showed we should have kept the $10,000. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is a pretty big mistake. I would not recommend using this attorney. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I did a real estate closing with them and they were reachable and informative and things went well until the settlement statement where there were 3 errors, costing me $1600 more . Money I did owe but thought it was all paid until these doors were corrected. Otherwise they were helpful through the process. I received my deed and title insurance in a timely way.
