Poor communication. No returned phone calls and no response emails. I have been completely ghosted. This behavior is very unprofessional and distasteful. I honestly would not recommend to anyone after these last few months. I’ve worked with this firm for almost 2 years and I originally had minimal to no issues until a mistake on their part needed to be corrected in regards to my daughters name change. Mr. Brown stated that he would correct the legal paper work and has not done that or attempted to do that. That has been well over 6 months ago. I have called and emailed weekly to no response ever from himself or his paralegal Kim.

This firm has been A1 taking care of my family’s Estate, gave discerning Advise. His staff is also kind to my elderly Aunt, who is involved with this case.

This attorney should be avoided at all costs. He represented me for 23 months and during that time gave me conflicting and erroneous info resulting in my case being dismissed for lack of prosecution. He then told me to get another attorney without any reason. I have reported him to the Texas Bar.

This attorney and his staff has to be the most completely irresponsible law group and demonstrates a complete disregard to conflict of interest. Mr. Brown and is staff was trusted to retain and protect important files pertaining to his deceased clients', my mother's estate and conveniently loses the file, so he says. A determining factor to the alleged lost video file is that it was brought to my attention that his brother is or has been in an intimate relationship with apposing party's daughter and didn't even see that as a problem; thus explaining why the important file became lost. In a strong word, he doesn't really care about the best interest of his clients, but he absolutely will protect his siblings inappropriate, obscure relationship. Either way, this attorney needs his bar card revoked and license suspended indefinitely. Doesn't even deserve a star at all.
