Lori A. Leu & Associates

Reviews

I recently had the pleasure of working with Erin Peirce and the team at Leu, Peirce & Olson on a complex guardianship case. This was a difficult and contentious matter, as my brother contested the guardianship, leading to a trial. Throughout the entire process, Erin was simply amazing! Erin's depth of legal knowledge and strategic thinking were instrumental in navigating this case. She seemed to always be several steps ahead, anticipating potential issues and developing effective countermeasures. Erin's keen understanding of the judges and the court procedures gave us a significant advantage. What truly set Erin apart was her professionalism and unwavering commitment to her clients. She never resorted to underhanded tactics, instead focusing on thorough preparation and skilled execution. Erin's reputation as a respected attorney in the legal community was clearly well-deserved. Beyond Erin's exceptional work, the entire staff at Leu, Peirce & Olson provided outstanding support. They were consistently kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the necessary information and guidance during this very stressful time. Ultimately, Erin's efforts led to a victory in this challenging case. Her combination of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach made all the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin Peirce and Leu, Peirce & Olson to anyone in need of exceptional legal representation.
Compassionate and professional - elder care attorneys that talked to my Mom, not me (sign of respect). Erin was great to work with, very good time manager.
Very friendly and accommodating. Mom was signing papers but had trouble reading them. They brought out several readers for her to try and she found a set with which she could complete the task.
Failed to advice on "transfer on death" requirements and benefits for financial accounts for my parents. Failed to advice on ways to avoid probate (house, retirement accounts, bank accounts). We used a different attorney for probates (2 different states) because of inadequacy of the will they "helped" my father/stepmother write. If you have a simple estate, they are probably adequate. If you have separate assets from your spouse or multi-state assets OR your parents are aging and need advice on steps to take to avoid probate, there are probably better choices out there.
Lori was an amazing attorney for our family. She knows how to effectively organize everything needed to help us with our parents’ needs. She helped us with power of attorney, wills, & trusts. It was so easy & pleasant working with Lori. I highly recommend her!
