I have had the pleasure of working with Lori for almost 20 years! The bond we have is amazing. She is without a doubt, the most fair and caring, landlord/tenant attorney around. She actually helps people, rather than try and evict them. She worked tirelessly during the Covid aftermath. However, do not mistake her kindness for weakness. If there is a very troublesome issue, she will handle that as well. Her professionalism is unmatched. And yet she still, comes up with a reasonable agreement, even for the "bad ones". Our residents who have unfortunately been filed on in court for non-payment, always say how lovely she is to deal with. They feel embarrassed, and she makes them feel at ease. They actually call me to make sure that Lori Greenberg is still our attorney, because they are afraid to go to court, as we all are. I would recommend her to any landlord looking for a solid attorney to represent their community!

Excellent legal practice for landlords. The legal team has a great reputation and expertise due to decades of experience on the landlord tenant field. It seems that the negative reviews come from tenants that were evicted, so that means that the lawyer representing the landlord won and did their job. Also, the lawyers provide other services like wills and business set up which is also appreciated. Highly recommended!
