I received a letter a month ago from LBN regarding a credit card that I owed that ended up in collections with them. We settled on a 3 payment payoff. So far so good and they were understanding. I'll come back and update once this has been paid off. I think paying this off before it becomes a lawsuit is the best way to go if possible, which is what I wanted to avoid and why I agreed to the payoff.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people have lied about me. Have never contacted me. Claimed I was personally served to go to court( I was in Hawaii the day I was personally served) I was not served. Got a judgment I never knew anything about on an account that was opened 15 years ago when my identity was stolen. I didn’t know about the judgement until we went to refi our house. They put a lien on my house. I tried to just pay it. Even though it wasn’t my debt. Just to be done with them. They wouldn’t take my money. The sheer stupidity of the company is astounding. I have now retained an attorney and we are fighting back. This is insanity. I’m on a mission for everyone who has been affected by the deceptive and corrupt practices of this company. See you in court. I can’t wait.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! My account has been paid and settled since 4-4-2024 and they still have the audacity to come after me for more money. Take it up with my attorney before garnishing my wages!

Got a garnisment letter before anything. On top of it all it was for work i never got done. I opened a credit card, set up the dental appointment and canceled it because of my job not allowing me off. Apparently the dental place charged the card and I never knew anything about to fight it or pay it off. Now these worthless people website doesn't work. They don't listen at all, nor will they help you.

They don't even work for their clients, they work for the Oklahoma county court system apparently because they love racking up ridiculous court fees over 8+years before they even let you know that you owe their clients $132. Snakes that screw honest hard working people.
