I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with Raphael Katz. He was extremely friendly, personable and never gave me the feeling that I was being rushed. I had an issue with homeowners insurance not paying in a timely manner and he was exceptionally patient on the phone as he explained how the process works. I would definitely recommend Rafael to any of my friends and I plan on using his services myself.

5.0 star rating 12/26/2017nKill all the lawyers....William Shakespeare's Henry VI, Part 2nI can go with that as I don't think lawyers are held in a very high regard.. unless they are in your corner, and that was the case with myself and Katz & Katz.nI was struck by a BMW while cycling, it wrecked a $7k Cervelo R5 and did not help a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder.nRaphael got me full restitution for the bike with NO FEE! nnAs for the injuries I had a pre existing condition (the torn Rotator Cuff) I did not expect the insurance company to offer anything much and deny any medical treatment, but Raphael Katz fought and had them pay all my medical expenses (remember this was as pre existing condition). nIn addition a sizable settlement for pain and suffering far more than expected.nIt took some time but that was due to the fact that he advised me not accept their first offers and to let him negotiate on my behalf.nnFor this type of situation I would strongly recommend you talk to this firm before you sign on the dotted line with anyone else.
