All around bad experience! Was referred here by my Fiancxe9's Father, and instantly regretted it after learning that he has been dealing with the same case for over a year. Majority of my case was handed through email because no one would ever answer the phone when I called for updates on my case. If your case doesn't have high value, or becomes less beneficial to the firm they will not fight for you! My case started out as a $45,000 case, once the lawyers realized they weren't going to receive the full policy limits, it seems like they completely gave up on the case. Out of nearly a $10,000 settlement, I only received $3,500. Compared to the outcome of my last accident, this firm is a joke. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
