They were my closing Attorneys. Very professional and tidy. They definitely play by the book. I only had a small problem post closing. Some of my credit cards needed to be paid off and they held the checks. Took several months to get a final check for one card but never got calls from the handler of finances. Small amount of dissatisfaction but my lender finally cleared them and the check got cut. Aside from that, I rate them a 4 but 2 on communication with the buyer.

I recently relocated to GA so my revocable trust had to be modified to comply with GA laws plus a few other adjustments I requested. I learned about Attorney Thua Barlay from another GA attorney. I had a phenomenal experience modifying my trust (and all its components) working with Attorney Barlay and his colleague. They were fully engaged in my best interests and very patient, professional and kind throughout each step. It was a pleasure working with this firm. I have closed with this location of Lueder Law numerous of times. There is one closing that I will never forget. My seller was a 90 years old at the time. Attorney Thua Barlay took care to pull his chair around next to the seller and patiently and kindly walk her through each piece of paperwork line by line making certain she understood and was completely comfortable with what was happening. I, as the seller’s agent , was thoroughly impressed and have worked with this office on numerous occasions since.
