Horrible horrible attorney! Stated she was educated in chips cases and it became very apparent very quickly and even the judge stated she did not have current knowledge of these kinds of cases early on in our case. She was EXTREMELY unorganized!! She would never be available for a phone call and if she was you could tell she was either in her car or at home with a child in the background. She did not even know how to properly serve someone to appear in a trial and had me, the mother of the children, running around the state of Minnesota having my fiancé serve people to testify when these were due months prior. She also in a case that dealt with mental health questions did not bring in my personal counselor after being requested to do so by the judge. Ms.Lundgren took this case on emotion of my husband being an Army Captain (same as her son) and had not a clue what she was doing! Then at the end we had 2 days of trial left she up and said oh, by the way, the trial costs have gone more thAn expected and we are sitting at sbout $4000 owed. I thought to myself, that’s possible I will look into it. She promised this was a slam dunk case, that after she wanted me to sue the county...well we lost the case!! After we lost, she then found out that my parents were “well to do” and she sent me a text stating my bill was now $28,000!! She said verbatim “possibly you could speak to your dad about paying your bill. When I asked her for our signed agreement on those fees she sent me a fee agreement that had her signature and imagine this, my section was blank..why?? Because I had never seen this document before. I told her to take me to court. She then lster( few weeks) texted me and said if I wanted to take care of the bill she would only charge me $4,000! This woman is a fraud and knows NOTHING and is as unorganized as heck! It’s very very sad bc she made promises of getting these beautiful girls home and due to her incompetence we lost. Beware! Also the money you do pay her that should go into a “trust” for your case until it is over...nope. She has you Venmo her payments to her personal account which I found out later could result in being disbarred for 2 years. Everything from the beginning of the case was horrible by her hands!
