He may have good reviews from others but I gave this guy 1200$ deposit for my bankruptcy and I didn't end up doing it after a year, I wasn't able to come up with rest of money and he kept all my money! Not professional at all! Mind u no work on my bankruptcy was even touched. Tried to tell me I was on retainer! B.S! We went months w out even speaking, Just cus I texted u doesnt mean ur working on my case, there was nothing to work on, I texted u questions even before I met u, was I on retainer then too!? I sent him a few docs to look at but that's it. He didn't give me a dime back, I even requested only half! Just crazy to me a lawyer could take someone's hard earned money with not doing a single thing, Ridiculous and everyone should really think about this before handing this guy any of your money!

Luong is very intelligent and helpful when it came to the stressful situation of myself filing my bankruptcy but the process was moved along very quickly and got discharge paperwork quickly after filing if you are looking for a attorney who specializes in Bankruptcy cases Mr.Lechau is the man to go to with extremely competitive ratesand overall experience!
