With my personal experience with Tim things sometimes doesn't go as as planned, however that is a possibility with any lawyer . He does get you better deals than what they (the system) wants to hand you. He is the best lawyer in Wyoming County. I would refer him to anyone.

In my dealings with Mr Lupardis sometimes things don't go as I wanted. This would be true with any lawyer. You wouldn't need a lawyer if you get everything. I found him to be fair though, and honest in my dealings with him. Therefore I would feel confident in recommended him if you need a lawyer.
