She knows the law, is tactically proficient and above all else she does the right thing (even when it might not be what her client wants to hear). If she's difficult to get in touch with or not otherwise readily available for clients, it would be understandable; A good lawyer generally is generally busy. You won't find a better attorney for any purpose in West Virginia and worth the wait. (To be clear, she is always pretty timely insofar as I can tell)

We used her for a business issue. I've saw many attorneys in action over the years through my employment. She was great. She managed to get the defendant and his attorney rattled on the stand. Reminded me of a Matlock episode. I'd retain her again.

Would not recommend her to anyone. She came to my parents home the day before their scheduled court hearing and talked some things over with them and they agreed on what was to be done at court. The day of court she went in and had changed everything that was discussed the day before without notifying my parents. I want to add also she was like 1:30 late for court. You call her office and more than likely she will not return your phone calls.

Cannot talk to her in person. The out come could had been worse. But she should have took interest from the get go,and investigated.And held some public officials accountable, not make accuses for them. I feel the out come would have been better. Glad she did get Tim Lapardus there towards the end. Carla was real pleasant to talk to. So was Derrick. Would not recommend for something serious .

So I am a dialysis patient that was bullied by a dialysis nurse. I was falsely accused of assaulting a medical practitioner yet that is absolutely not what really occurred when I was sitting in a chair 7 to 8 ft away from this woman just speaking to her without violent intentions, thoughts or words. Somehow the nurse still falsely accused me of assaulting her, turned my life upside down causing so many problems & stress. I wish to pay my immense gratitude to Miss Leah Walker. I feel she is compassionate, honest and hardworking for her clients. I told this lawyer exactly what happened verbatim & I can feel that she actually cares & just wanted to help me to the best of our ability in this ridiculous problem I'm facing. I recommend Miss Leah Walker 100%.
