Based on my encounter, I will never trust this agency. The customer service of the front desk was all I needed. Disregarding is what I took away from our encounter as she hung up, while I was mid sentence explaining what I was looking for. I don't see how they even acquire call-in clients with that behavior.

DAN is the MAN! I never write reviews for anything as I consider it a waste of time. I decided to write a review today because Dan Gephart has helped me for almost 10 years making my life easier with his exceptional care in helping insure my family and my business. He always makes things easy and seamless. He is very attentive to any/all of my insurance needs. Great customer service is hard to find these days. You will find it HERE!

I wish I had better things to say, I was excited to work with them based on other reviews but I had the opposite experience. I submitted my info for a home and auto quote but never got any quotes back in response. I got an email from Dan saying he would work on something for me but that was it. I sent a follow up email and called in but was told that Dan wasn't around and he would get back to me when he returned. Surprise, surprise, he did not get back to me. I took my business elsewhere.

Literally one of the best humans I know to be involved in insurance! Always super helpful and as informative as one could wish. Helped me handle something that was way more annoying than necessary because I put something off for far too long! Thanks again Dan! Super appreciate you!

I was comparison shopping 4 years ago and contacted Locker Wolfe & Gebhart. Best decision I ever made! Not only was the price of my home and car insurance the best I found anywhere but the expertise, friendliness and compassion shown in this office is beyond belief! I work specifically with Dan and he so knowledgeable about the business that he knew right away which company would be the best coverage and price for us. I love that I can call the office anytime and have Dan there to answer any questions I may have or help me through a claim. (Yes, I have needed their help after an accident.)
