I called these people on a Tuesday for a case and they told me that I needed to wait until the following Tuesday (which I think is ridiculous) They did not call me on that Tuesday and when I called, some guy with an attitude picked up (same one from the previous call answered the phone and gave me a cheap excuse for not calling) When I told him my case , he wanted me to do his job because he was to lazy to do it! Needless to say, he was fired before he was hired.
