I went to see Sheldon Rosenthal, attorney, for some legal advice on a law suit. He was very understanding and extremely knowledgeable in the law. The case went to trail and it was resolved in my favor. His many many years in practice gives him a bit of edge on the young lawyers just starting out. I would use him again and I highly recommend him. Doesn’t charge you for every little thing like other lawyers do. Listed as one of the TOP lawyers in Miami.

Giving one star review for Attorney Sheldon Rosenthal is a very generous gesture based on my personal experience with him. Rosenthal took two of my cases for litigation together with the retainer for both and lied to me with that arrogant layer’s smile on his face. In one case I provided him all evidence so the case could go quickly to trial, time was of essence in that particular case. For two years Rosenthal was coming up with some excuses about Judges and other issues and unfortunately this case could die on arrival in court. In second case for two years Rosenthal was doing nothing and after two years he stated strait to my face that he will do nothing in this case. What an arrogant &%#^*$#, but what should we expect from a layer? If you have legal problem, take my advise that is based on my personal experience, do not look for help in Sheldon Rosenthal’s office, RUN AWAY from that place and find someone else. Adam W.

To Adam W.: I read your review. If he took a retainer or his delay caused possible financial loss, you should have filed a complaint against him with the Florida Bar. You also may have grounds for a civil case against him.

Gave him easy case, couldn’t file in the timely matter, but after he did with so many mistakes, couldn’t even spell the names right, what a mistake to deal with him and waste of time and money, avoid him otherwise you’ll be like me, worst experience ever.
