I had an amazing experience with Consumer Rights Law Firm PLLC. I came across their site during research to remove an erroneous collection that kept popping up every two years. Matthew was my main point of contact and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. He also kept me in the loop during the process. Be prepared that the process can take a "moment" to wrap up a case. I thought it would be 30 days but Matthew and his team said it would be more like 90 days and they were spot on. The case just wrapped up and, in my favor, so for me, it was a relief that I do not have to battle this anymore, as it hit my credit during a time where my husband and I were buying a home, causing an issue with approval since my score took a 50-point hit.
