I filled out their online request for consultation and received a call back about 30 minutes later from Mark James. The discussion was positive and professional where we discussed some of the relevant information related to potential case, we exchanged some text messages to share email addresses. After that I sent an email and never heard back despite several emails and text messages. I don't know if Mike James or his firm are any good at what they do. What I do know is that they wasted my time and efforts. I highly encourage anyone to be very cautious when it comes to doing business here.
