We were searching for a well reviewed commercial real estate attorney in the south suburbs. We were impressed by Brady’s reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have this experience. The lack of follow up and execution was extremely frustrating. Luckily the transaction was completed. But this firm was not helpful.

I would not recommend this law group I used them during the sell of my home and it was a horrible experience. I closed on my home and a month after closing the law group began emailing me saying they were shorted money. I just kept thinking we closed over a month ago not to mention we reviewed the master statement before closing, how did that happen? They didn’t call either just casually emailed me as if it was normal. The buyer was also supposed to get a home warranty and they didn’t make sure it was taken out at closing now almost two months later they are requesting I send the buyers attorney a check for that. There services are not worth what they are asking because they clearly didn’t review everything to make sure it’s correct , but that was the only reason why I agreed to pay the law group. Bradley law was also the most expensive attorney I had used to sell an home and I had the worst experience with them. My realtor said the law group used to be better but as they he expands it’s not as good as it used to be. This wasn’t my first closing so I knew they had handled things completely wrong. I don’t trust this law group nor do I recommend them.

Absolutely the best. I have unfortunately had to deal with numerous attorneys for various issues and I cannot say enough about the caring, concerned, educated, experienced, and knowledgeable Mike Brady and all of his staff are. They are the best. Mike takes the time to explain everything to you and genuinely cares for his clients. There is no reason to even consider another attorney for estate planning or real estate transactions. Mike and his team are the best.
