We purchased a Kirby Vacuum from this company. They (Brian Watson and William) were very prompt to answer questions and did a great job of demonstrating. We bought the vacuum in December 2021. They came back in a couple of days to demonstrate vacuuming. Then, they said they would come back in a week to demonstrate carpet cleaning, shampooing and mopping. Until this day that is 10th May 2022, they did not come back. It’s been 6 months and we have not used the vacuum to its full potential. I contacted them several times and they made false promises to come but never did. They make excuses like unscented shampoo is unavailable. How can it be not available for 6 months??? Are you fooling us? The least you could do is stand on the promises you make. Very disappointed with this purchase, especially since this vacuum is so expensive. Not trustworthy. Please think twice before you buy.

Ms. Jessica is very patient, humble and professional. The agents were honest about their intentions once they brought the product inside and we t the extra mile to appraise the product. The comprehensive Kirby cleaner is a worthwhile investment and I highly recommend it. However, I suggest that going forward the agents tell customers what exactly they are selling at the get go. I thought they were selling cleaning products, not a whole vacuum cleaner. I hated that it seemed like their time was wasted as I did not buy it at the time. The visit also took longer than expected. Nice people though.

David knocked our door offering a hardwood floor cleaning so he could earn college opportunities. He was very informative and effective in demonstrating the product. The product did appear to do a great job deep cleaning in multiple ways around the house. I was unaware that he was advertising for Kirby, that information would have been helpful from the beginning in order to set more clear expectations regarding our interests in the product. Otherwise it was a fun and informative demonstration. Knowing now the purpose of the work I am giving a 5 star rating because they effectively train their employees to get sales and David executed those efforts well. Also from what was demonstrated the product seems sound. We did not purchase one so I can't vouch for anything past its demonstration capacities. Best of luck to David!

Jessica and David did an excellent job. They were very polite from the moment they came to my front door. David was very knowledgeable of the product. He was also very professional and he wore his mask due to Covid precautions. The Demonstration of the Kirby vacuum was very good. I was amazed to see how well it cleaned compared to my regular vacuum.

Not a great experience with the company!! We decided we were interested in trying it out signed the agreement and set up autopay…. WORST DECISION EVER! We signed the agreement on Tuesday but couldn’t afford to pay the $500 deposit right away so the rep said it was okay he would come back Friday for the deposit, we agreed. Friday comes and the rep shows up again but at this time we decided not to go through with the purchase. He asked if it was something wrong with the vacuum we said no we just don’t want it, then he said if it’s just because of the deposit I can come back next week for that and to not worry about it. (At this point we were under the impression that if we didn’t pay the deposit that we would have to return the vacuum) So next week comes and the rep comes back for the deposit again and I told him again that we didn’t want it, this time I was told that it is too late to cancel and that we would’ve had to cancel within 3 days. EVEN THOUGH WE TRIED!! So I submit a claim with corporate to see if they could help and they also denied my cancellation. Tried to call the credit company and they also denied because an agreement was signed. Turns out the company paid the deposit on our behalf and now we are stuck with something we no longer want!! BBB HERR I COME!
