Drove an hour to get there and the run around. Had to call 2 other places to pick up my stuff. Finally get there and had to wait a hour for them just to find my plates.????. Then asked for the rest of my stuff. They stoled from me! They guy behind the window was nice i guess. But all my stuff gone especially heart medicine. Crooks

On December 2, 2023 around 6a.m. a driver for this towing company hit my SUV while attempting to pull another car out of another parking space. The driver hit my car and left. I called the police, the company owner. I spoke with Nikki (secretary) not located on site at the Wertzville Road location. I even sent pictures and made a video. When arriving at the Wertzville Road location I explained what happened. Advised that I already spoken to the police and filed an incident report. I realize mistakes happen and I only wanted the insurance information. The man refused to give me the insurance even after seeing the damage to the whole driver side of the car. Currently sitting here waiting for the local police to arrive.

Very rude and aggressive driver broke my glasses in front of me slammed my hand on the door wen trying to get stuff out then driver told me I had to pay $75 to get my stuff out my car before he took it he broke the axle on the car and continuously yelled and cursed at me and told me it was my fault the car was being taken for repo what a company I will be filing complaints with the state and suing the company the people who answered the phone were cursing me out too never get repoed by them they will steal your stuff too and he broke my glasses that came from a doctor so I will be taken care of this with the police and the governments office

I just got my vehicle back and they did an awesome job! Thank you all! Kudos to all but the detailer did a fantastic job! I've never seen my windows with out any streaks! Great work!! Paint is perfect! Runs terrific and Becca is great with the customers! Can't say enough!

Had to sell my car quick and was very satisfied with the hole process. Rich is very helpful and knowledgeable!. Oh and for those of you that are posting bad reviews cuz your car was repo'd. MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS AND THAT WONT HAPPEN. These guys are just contracted through the banks to get your vehicles when you dont pay for them.
