Last year VRED (Villages @ Rancho El Dorado) showed overwhelming support to keep AAM (Associated Asset Management) as our our Property Management co. It was the kind of support that was the envy of the other managing companies. AAM has provided us with great support in areas finances, legal opinion and accounting advice and has even gone beyond their required services to keep our HOA a happy partner. AAM's on site property manager Kim Gonzalez is fantastic at staying on top of things and in promoting harmony and providing information to our members and Directors.

Heidi is a wonderful manager- I live at via bellezza and she is a fantastic manager and always on top of the community and its needs.
