Very friendly and helpful staff, they clearly explained everything to me and have very affordable options.

The attorney we signed with left the firm, and up until our hearing everyone was apologetic. We were advised not to worry because everything would be taken care of. We even asked about errors made on the part of the attorney and we reassured not to worry just contact the office and it would be addressed. Fast forward 6 months, I receive an $1800 bill that’s not included and I’m being told sorry for your luck! Now they tell me we had waited filed for 32 DAYS then it would be included. Words cannot begin to express how frustrated, irritated, and stressed I am!!

In my opinion, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any law office. For your sake, please choose someone else. My fiance attempted to file bankruptcy with the Gloyeski Law Office in Indianapolis. He initially signed on with someone who decided to leave the firm ( I completely understand why). Once my fiance's case was in the hands of Anita Gloyeski and this law office there was so much confusion and inconsistency on their part. Every other week there was some sort of delay or additional paperwork request, that was never previously discussed, that apparently was required to be filed. Every time my fiance called the office the clerks were pleasant but of absolutely no assistance. They could never fully answer any questions, which resulted in unnecessary call backs and follow ups. My fiance paid in full for the services at the start of the process in July. From July of 2017 to Feb of 2018 this law office delayed the filling of his bankruptcy due to incompetence and arrogance. When we finally decided to question the process we were met with the highest degree of arrogance and disrespect by Anita Gloyeski. She not only completely dismissed our questions, grievance, and suggestions but she also dropped our case without mutual consent. And of course, she did not give us a refund of our payment. Instead she sends us a bogus billing of email, text and phone call charges that total over $900.00. All due to their lack of due diligence in requesting and filing paper work. Again, in my opinion, this is the worst experience I have ever had or heard of with a "professional" law office. I encourage Anita to humble herself, be more empathetic to complaints and not so arrogant. Try to help people instead of setting them back financially. Also, give your clients a complete list of required documentation at the start of this process. Beware of law offices like this one.

I received a letter in the mail from them after someone had filed suit against me. Initially, I wanted to file bankruptcy but then decided not to because they were too far away from me, I decided not to file, & I had left 2 phone msgs that took the staff 5+ days to return. I notified them by email that I wanted my retainer back of $100 and that I was not going to file. They then told me that they had done all this work for me and that they would charge me to "close out my case". I've dealt with half a dozen lawyers in my lifetime and none of them have ever charged for something like that. A free consultation usually means free & that's all I did was attend a free consultation. They "closed out" my account & chgd me for EVERYTHING done during the consultation-to create a paper file(you can buy a package of them for the $23 they chgd me to put my name on a paper file), $30 to look up a case (which the general public can do on the odyssey systems for FREE & law firms get for a very small fee for a subscription) $75 for the atty to ask me questions during that FREE consultation, billed me $19 for emails where I told them I wouldn't be filing, even the postage that they used to send the letter to me. You better be sure you wanna file b/c they'll keep your retainer no matter what by piling up ridiculous chgs they chg during a FREE CONSULTATION. Just excuses to keep your money & most ppl filing don't have a lot of it to give away. They give attys a bad name, call another place to get advice! If I could give a 0 I would. BEWARE...

Great customer service! They filed my paperwork quickly and helped me handle unruly creditors. Their fees truly reflect the desire to help those in poor financial situations.
