I was honored to have Maggs & McDermott take my case on due to a massive dog bite whc8h took almost a 3rd of my lip. They explained the process in detail to me. They were honest. The entire experience of dealing with a lawsuit was frustrating, time consuming, expensive, (especially since I had moved to a different state) & endless. It was my first and hopefully last time I will ever have to retain an attorney for anything like this. I could never have navigated the process alone. Terri kept in constant contact with me for almost 5 years, keeping me updated and sending me all correspondence that was necessary. She was my main contact person and I really appreciated her timely, kind, knowledgeable updates. In the end the case was settled favorably for me.
