I made a tax appointment in February. They just now cancelled my appointment (end of March) and asked me to reschedule it for May and to file an extension, because they suddenly don't have time for me. They should not have overbooked themselves in the first place. They should also not screw over new clients and make people scramble to find another accountant close to the tax deadline. I am not giving them my money and filing an extension. If you are thinking about getting your taxes done here, don't do it.
