I MUST say Major Banner LLC has done an AWESOME job. John's attention to detail and exceptional customer service is one of the best I have dealt with over the phone. He made great suggestions when I was unsure and didn't make me feel uneasy. He did what I would expect from my direct reports. He provided service with exceptional behaviors that are customer friendly driven with a win win solution in a timely manner. I purchased 2 banners and 1 8x8 step and repeat and all items were just like the samples I approved through email. I could not thank John enough for what he has done to make it effortless for me. I wish this company the best. I will be doing business with them again.

I originally wanted to use a company that provided design services as I already had so much to prepare for my party, but once I received their design I was unsatisfied. After sending a couple of examples of what I was looking for, it was suggested to save time and back and forth, that I create the file myself. That wasn't what I wanted, but I finally got it done and sent it via email. About a week later I received my banner and though it had major wrinkles, I was satisfied with the quality and print. The suggestions given to remove the wrinkles didn't work so I searched for others. What worked for us was hanging it at our venue, hanging a white sheet in front and using our steam iron to smooth out the vinyl. I wish I could attach pictures to show it, but it turned out very nice and our pro pics from the event are amazing with the backdrop. Communication was good, so I would recommend this company.
