I cannot say enough good things about Malcolm. I was the victim of a road rage incident where the perpetrator had a family member pose as a "unbiased witness". They gave a completely false story to the police. I thought my case was hopeless because it was two people's stories against mine. But... I knew the truth and ultimately decided I had to fight this. Malcolm is an ego maniac and trying to take on too many clients. I hired him for a serious but exaggerated charge. He charged me a $15,000 retainer up front and proceeded to do absolutely nothing for me. He was completely unfamiliar with my case and consistently late for court (more than 30 minutes late on more than one occasion). Even the judge admonished him at one point about always being late and having too many clients. When I expressed my concerns he would say condescending things like "Take a deep breath." or "It's not a big deal." It was a huge deal for me, he had $15,000 of mine and he could care less. Flippant would be a good term. nnAfter months in court he had done absolutely nothing to improve my situation.nnI fired him and hired James Davis. James charged me WAY less than Malcolm and solved my legal troubles in about a month. nnI have since seen Malcolm out and about in Jacksonville Beach on numerous occasions. He is always hammered drunk and bellied up to a bar with a liquor drink in hand. He smiles and asks where he knows me from, as if we are old pals. nnDon't trust this clown with your future. Hire a real defense attorney. However if you have a traffic ticket, I hear he is pretty good. Perhaps he should stay in traffic court permanently and let professionals handle serious cases.

Malcolm knows how and when to do what needs to be done. He got my DUI case dropped.n nI was arrested for DUI but one of the officers stole some money from my car. When I told Malcolm about it, he questioned me and began to work on the case. Eventually, the sheriff's office did a sting operation and confirmed the officer was taking money from people getting arrested for DUI. Malcolm kept telling me to be patient as he worked on my case. He worked with the State and the investigators to confirm the bad officer's behavior. When the officer got arrested, Malcolm went into full lawyer mode and got the case dropped. His timing is unbelievable. His knowledge of the system and the players is peerless. He exceeded my expectations.
