Molloy and Associates was wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I wanted to work with a local realtor to find our first home and ended up reaching out to Dan Norris out of the blue. Dan was always extremely responsive, he made himself available to look at properties during the week outside of normal working hours, and he was a great advocate for us as we made offers on properties. We recently sold our Beverly home with Molloy and Associates. Bernadette Molloy was our listing agent, and we can’t sing her praises loud enough. And after we received an offer within a few days of putting the house on the market, she held our hands through the various negotiations that followed, making multiple calls on our behalf to the buyer’s agent and to the attorneys and lenders involved.
