Positive Experience with Attorneys for Speeding Ticket Defense. I received a speeding ticket on Belt Parkway around 4:30 am in a construction zone with a posted speed limit of 40 MPH. According to the officer, I was allegedly going 45 MPH. However, I am confident that I was driving within the speed limit, and my mother, who was in the car with me, can attest to that fact. Despite my insistence on following the speed limit, the officer issued the ticket. Feeling frustrated and unsure about my options, a family member recommended a group of attorneys who specialize in handling such cases. Skeptical at first, I decided to give them a try based on the positive experiences shared by my family. To my surprise and relief, my ticket was dismissed with no points on my record, just like two other family members who had similar experiences. I wanted to share my positive experience with these attorneys to assure others who may be hesitant or skeptical. It might seem like they aren't making progress, but behind the scenes, they are working diligently to achieve favorable outcomes. If you're reading the comments below and feeling uneasy, take my word for it – these attorneys are effective and worth considering. This is the worst attorney firm ever. Do not do business with this scammers. This review is from the personal experience. I usually do not write a reviews but this is the case where i have to say something so that people know. We paid the fee for 2 separate cases and none of them where dismissed or even reduced in point. Now we have to pay to dmv all the fines and point will be on our license. What a waist of money. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING !

I was driven UBER in NYC(TLC) for 3 years. Those 3 years I got 3 traffic tickets for confusing .and 4 tickets for no reason. All has been dismissed by MANDEL & ALTHOLZ LLP. Also office staff is so helpful. They’re the best in NYC. I always appreciated their help.

VERY HAPPY WITH MR. MANDEL'S SERVICE! I had 2 speeding ticket and 1 cellphone ticket within 18 months period. He won two tickets for me and one speeding ticket was reduced from 6 to 4 points. One of his secretary Hana was very straightforward with me, explained the process, NYS traffic law and requested me to take accident prevention course. I liked the fact that unlike other firm, they were very honest, Mr. Mandel's staff did not sugarcoat me! I would call when I had questions and the staffs were always polite and patient with me. I recommended 3 guys to his office so far and I told them these guys are good, honest and will try their best to help you with your cases. Keep it up Mr. Mandel!! Been coming here for two years and they’ve helped me with three tickets total. Everyone in the office has been helpful and the lawyers helped get two of the three tickets dismissed. With the last ticket they kept the total fees down, and were able to avoid points being added. I used to appear in court to represent myself in the past, to mixed results. After working with this law office, I can comfortably trust in them to fight for me and my interest. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a traffic attorney.
