VERY HAPPY WITH MR. MANDEL'S SERVICE! I had 2 speeding ticket and 1 cellphone ticket within 18 months period. He won two tickets for me and one speeding ticket was reduced from 6 to 4 points. One of his secretary Hana was very straightforward with me, explained the process, NYS traffic law and requested me to take accident prevention course. Been coming here for two years and they’ve helped me with three tickets total. Everyone in the office has been helpful and the lawyers helped get two of the three tickets dismissed. With the last ticket they kept the total fees down, and were able to avoid points being added. I used to appear in court to represent myself in the past, to mixed results. I would like to thank the firm they’re outstanding and professional and always keep you in contact on your upcoming court dates. The whole staff is courteous and professional,I have four tickets that the firm is fighting for me so far they’ve won three out of the four with one left. Win or lose they try their best and I really believe it. People get tickets sometimes if they’re fault sometimes it’s not it’s never the lawyers fault if they win or lose. Sometimes driving we put ourselves in positions we don’t wanna be in but that’s life that’s what happens and if you win that’s great if you lose you’ll have to deal with it.
