In the process of wrapping up a car accident settlement with attorney Mike Kelley. I must say I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this firm! Contact was very easy, never felt misinformed, and he is very good at what he does! I Highly Recommend!!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I went through a robbery at knife point in Sept of 2022. I was fortunate enough to be connected to Attorney Michael J Kelley through this law firm. I'm very satisfied with his work. I would be very careful before picking this law firm to handle your case. We were referred to by another attorney, to handle a work comp case, and it was by far - the worst experience we've encountered. The staff who handles calls from client to attorney is terrible. The attorney did not care about our case at all - from our perspective. We would have to call into the office, multiple times, to get any updates. The case took over 2 years to handle and we never got any updates UNTIL we initiated the outreach. And half the time, even our outreach was ignored. Assistants wouldn't get our messages to the attorney, and we'd go weeks without any answers. At one point, we even wanted to end our agreement and go elsewhere because it was that bad. As an attorney, you'd think you'd put your clients first but I guess, if it's not getting you the big payout - you can be put on the backburner. Whenever we did get an update, it was always someone else's fault as to why things weren't progressing. We were told that there wasn't much more to do in the case and it was a done deal. But yet, when we worked with another attorney about a similar type of case - that attorney did wonders trying to get his clients the best outcome. We felt like our attorney at this establishment just flat out did not care one bit because it wasn't worth his time and he wasn't going to get paid a large sum, so why bother? Do the bare minimum and get your client the bare minimum. We would have a hearing.... and yet the attorney never provided updates until we emailed him. It wasn't until I had sent out an email stating an update was URGENTLY needed and addressed how we had been ignored for months, that suddenly the attorney was "concerned" and wanted to address the issues. However, at that point - we just wanted the case to be done and over with so we did not have to deal with this office anymore. I would just be very weary of this office and how they handle cases. I will say after reading some of the reviews, we definitely didn't have the same experience but we also did not have any of the lawyers listed from recent reviews.

Daniel Marsh is an excellent attorney. He has helped both myself & my husband! If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I will be calling him again!

Andy and his staff are amazing!!!! Communication is always great with them also. They respond to emails and voice-mail super quick! I had to bring my 8yr old with me for a zoom deposition and Andy, Kelly and the rest of the office staff were so sweet with her!! Kelly watched her for me while I did my deposition, and that's not in her job description. I was so grateful. Andy also gave her cake!!! I highly recommend this law firm! They are honest, hard working great people!!! Andy will go the extra mile for you, always!!!
