Horrible experience. The office could not even be professional for the 1st consultation. Receptionist are under qualified for their job which is not hard so that says a lot. Once the office manager came out you could tell why the receptionist don’t care because the office manager doesn’t care about their clients or potential clients. Office manager “we have helped 10,000 people we don’t care about a bad review. Went here after reading their bad reviews giving them the benefit of the doubt but the review did not disappoint. Bad customer service. They do not respect appointments. Good luck working with them. Prepare yourself for the office staff to be unprofessional, uneducated, careless and prepare to wait as long as they want you to.

Please go directly to speak with a lawyer don’t ask for their assistance because they don’t know anything and they will leave you drained and a whole mess when your lawyer can just fix it in 2.5 seconds and take your money ???? ( Julieta García ) is the worst one , don’t ask for a consultation. If she’s representing you, you will literally find yourself with no solution, and she doesn’t give you meetings with the regular Main lawyer, which is Manuel Jiménez , He’s a good lawyer, but good good luck catching him in a meeting because she’s his assistant.

Look at everyone’s review and listen. This place is Very unprofessional, disorganized, careless. Lack of responsibility. This place is a mess. Thousands of dollars wasted and never had an actual lawyer representing the immigration case. This place has the fastest turnover for lawyers, new lawyer for every court appearance and no one had a clue of what’s going on. Specially the last visit Marlene and the receptionist have nasty attitude, aggressive and confronting. They don’t like to be questioned about the lack of professionalism. Marlene giving false information without actually reading the case. They are upset I advocate for my fathers rights. They like to intimidate since he is scared to defend for himself due to the case being under them. I am speaking on behalf of him. This place is chaos.

I called this place to get information on a specific lawyer the receptionist however was awful one not knowing about the process you should be able to answer the phone and be kind to the client. She didn’t answer my question about if they knew about AP for DACA applicants and she proceeded to say that the lawyer I was looking for was not available that she had others if I wanted to I had to make an appointment which I would’ve loved to do but she almost sounded like she could care less of what I had to say. Honestly I’m also a receptionist and I would never talk the way she did to anyone. I’m sorry you lost a person of interest to want to go see your office because the call was unpleasant.

My husband and I had a really poor experience here, and they did an even worse job responding to our concerns, which resulted in this 1 star review. I do not recommend this law firm, based on: their ability to help clients, the level of customer service given-both before and after the problem came up, their knowledge- namely the level of confidence they instilled in my husband and I, their business acumen. And what surprised me the most was that the managing partner, Manuel Cardenas, did not even respond to the numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails that we left for 2 weeks in an attempt to resolve our concerns, prior to leaving a negative review. Additionally, they refused to refund all the money that we put up as a retainer, even though very little if ANY work had been done on the case. There were no signed contacts, but nonetheless they refused. The only good that came out of the experience is that we were able to find a better lawyer, who remains in contact, and gives us confidence.
