I am in the beginning stage of my case. I have been assigned Ahmad Ahmad as my case Mgr and he has been very professional, helpful and able to answer all my questions to this point. He just recently let me know I've been moved to the litigation dept. and that he will be handing off all my information to the next process. I'm going to miss his regular weekly updates with me and I'm confident he will make sure the transition to the next step will go smoothly for me. He has been very attentive to my questions and help that I needed.

Lack of communication and transparency when it comes to the details and questions asked. This includes the facilitator also, she didn't want to answer questions just talk over. I was lead to believe that certain things could still be done later on in the case, at the beginning only to find out other wise. I just have a semi bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience. On another note and i repeat, do not use their disability lawyers. They don't respond to text or phone. My previous lawyer there communicated, he moved on to the other side. I was switched to another one and have not spoken to him one time. All i received was a letter stating the switch and its been about 7 mos or so. Not one time has he called and introduced himself. I've been left on my own, i wish i can back out and go with someone else.
