As a board member of our condo association Mr Sherman was immensely helpfully in assisting and bailing us out of what was without a doubt was the trickiest situation I’ve encountered in 15 years of being on the board (death of a unit owner not a common situation we’ve come across in the past) And am now happy that In true Chicago style if anyone asks if I know a lawyer I can say “I’ve got a guy” ????????
