Marchese & Maynard have been a huge help to my family in planning our estate & helping my elderly mom with hers before her passing. They were there for us to help when she died & supported us through the sale of her apartment & dealing with her estate. They were professional, knowledgeable & so kind. My mom thought Paul Marchese was a real “mensch” (that’s Yiddish for an honorable person) and she was a pretty tough customer. We would absolutely recommend them.

Paul was extremely helpful and professional when we used him to draw up our wills and then my in-laws wills & trust. He asked all the right questions to help us make important decisions while being sensitive to the fact it can be an uncomfortable process to make a will. We never felt rushed with Paul; rather he cared for us like we were part of his family. My in-laws both passed several years ago (sorry I’ve taken so long to write a review!!) and their wills were easy to execute because Paul was so meticulous and thorough. Towards the end of my in-laws lives Paul went above & beyond to put us in touch with people who helped us get services they needed. I HIGHLY recommend Marchese & Maynard!!!! Although we didn’t use Robin Maynard she has an outstanding reputation and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her in the future. Thank you Marchese & Maynard!!! After receiving sad news of my mom's health, my siblings and I needed guidance to the state of her affairs in regards to her properties. I looked for attorneys close by. I began calling around the holidays. Paul Marchese's assistant was prompt in returning my call and got me a telephone conference within a couple of hours compared to 1 or 2 days elsewhere. Paul was knowledgeable professional and understanding to the circumstances. He actually assured us my mom's property here in NY is perfect the way it is and he referred me to a colleague in Florida where her other home is for assurance on that one too. He went the extra mile to review all her legal documents to verify. He was so kind and helpful without taking a dime from us. Theses two Long Island lawyers allegedly stole more than $1 million from a deceased client’s trust meant to be donated to charity, according to a civil complaint filed Wednesday by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The complaint claims that Paul P. Marchese and Robin S. Maynard, of Manhasset, transferred money to themselves that was supposed to be donated to a charitable foundation that their client created to support education, cultural programs, food, and shelter for people in need. “Acting in their own interests, these lawyers allegedly failed to grant their client’s dying wish and hurt a charitable cause in the process,” James said. “New Yorkers must have trust in the individuals tasked with overseeing their affairs when they are no longer able to do so themselves. My office will continue to uphold the laws designed to protect the interests of our charitable organizations and hold accountable those who attempt to shirk their duties in order to line their pockets.” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
