I had a fantastic experience with Marchica Law Office while purchasing a house in Vermont. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Chuck, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. We enlisted the services of the Marchica Law office to complete the purchase of a property in VT. Not that buying and closing on a property should be a terribly hard endeavor but working with the Marchica group sure made it as easy as you would hope and assume it should be. Very knowledgeable group who are very friendly and helpful. Not once did I have to wait for a call back and my questions were answered on the first call made. Living 3 hrs away it wasn't in the cards to run to VT to get things done, fortunately we had Marchica Law to take care of things on our behalf. They facilitated a closing process that allowed for completion without being there in person which was a huge time saver for us. Everything went through flawlessly and on time. Samantha, Amanda and Attorney Marchica are all very personable, friendly and know their stuff. We sure do appreciate their expertise and would recommend them to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Chuck helped my team and I do our due diligence on a commercial property and he and the Marchica Office were amazing. During a time when most people don't have the capacity to do their job, Chuck somehow went above and beyond. It was so refreshing. I'm in a field where I am talking to and working with people from many different fields and the theme of this day and age are that people are just burnt out, not communicating, and not capable of doing a thorough job. Attorney Marchica and Amy-Sue were fantastic!! They are friendly, responsive, and know their stuff. They pointed out a flaw in a contract that could have caused me long-term issues and I can't appreciate them enough for helping me.
